Hi, I’m Gabriela (Gaby) Cárcova. I was born in Mexico and raised in Buenos Aires, where I studied Sociology, Film Producing, and Screenwriting.

Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do, and over the past 25+ years, I’ve built a career producing commercials, films, and TV content that connect with audiences around the world.

I’ve had the privilege of producing award-winning campaigns in collaboration with leading directors and global brands like Apple, Nike, Lacoste, Armani, and Google.

Along the way, I’ve worked with incredible talents including Lionel Messi, Winona Ryder, and Elizabeth Olsen.

From 2010 to 2024, I was Managing Partner and Creative Producer at Primo. In 2024, driven by a constant desire for growth and learning, I founded Carmen, my own production company—an exciting new chapter focused on telling bold, original stories.

My debut feature as a producer, Vieja Loca—directed by Martín Mauregui and starring Carmen Maura—will premiere at Sitges in 2025, with releases on Amazon and Shudder in 2026.

I’ve also produced television projects like Out There (Iconoclast/Primo) and Here on Earth (Fox Premium), and served as country producer for The Amazing Race (CBS).
